Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost publicly said he did not believe that a 10-year-old girl was raped, got pregnant, and had to go to Indiana for an abortion. He was using these irresponsible -- and untrue -- statements as a political weapon to bolster his adamant conviction to outlaw abortion and garner support for his own political ambitions. He made sure to go on FOX News to spread his pablum.

This is NOT the way an ELECTED official should act, much less an attorney general. He needs to resign NOW. 

This Republican has demonstrated that he is unqualified to serve as the state’s chief legal officer. His knee-jerk opinion, motivated by his opposition to freedom of choice, was irresponsible. immoral, not based on fact, and definitely not pursuant to the office he holds.
