Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope you are doing great. I want to take your intention to a very urgent and strange matter. In UK one organization is registered the name of the organization is International Human Rights Movement( IHRM )  Here is the web page of this organization https://ihrm.org.in/index.php

The president of IHRM has been very close relations with Pakistani banned outfits. Mr. Rana Basharat Ali Khan a president of so called IHRM in his last visit of Pakistan he met several times with a known terrorist group Sipah e Sahaba Pakistan, Lashkar e Jhangvi and Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ), known leader Muhammad Ahmad Ludhyanvi. Mr. Basharat Ali claimed in a video that he gave Hundred millions of Pakistani rupees to Muhammad Ahmad Ludhyanvi.

As per Pakistani Law Providing aid or facilitating these banned outfits is an offense punishable by a minimum of five to ten years in prison, while a fine of Rs10 million can be imposed.and Muhammad Ahmad Ludhyanvi have openly advocated sectarianism and their propensity to target religious minorities has significantly intensified.

According to the South Asia Terrorism Portal, since 1989, more than five thousand Pakistani civilians have lost their lives in sectarian attacks. After the formation of NAP, terrorism-related instability dwindled but incidents related to sectarian violence have surged; last year, 208 people died in sectarian attacks while in the last eight months, 202 people have already been killed.

Rana Basharat president of IHRM Uk not only met with banned out fits but also giving them donations from the UK. It should must be stop and i request to UN and UK Counter Terrorism Policing to take action against him.

Thank you very much.
