There have been numerous instances of behavior unbecoming of a city manager that do not represent the citizens who live and work here. He has been cyberbullying. He deflects citizen concerns if they question his abilities or decisions. He goads citizens with smirks, clapping rudely, and taunting them.  He has put himself and others in harm's way at a fire he attended. His facts don't always jive with measurable reality. He has violated city charter and union contracts.
