CAA, is a virus which influenced India couple of days ago.The virus came from the central govt in order to divide the nation into two.
This Citizenship Amendment Act(CAA) is against the Constitution of India, mainly violates the Article 14,19,21 of the Indian Constitution.The Article 14 says “All are equal before the law”,fortunately or unfortunately CAA says people from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh can come to India but this is based on religion (Hindus,Sikhs,Parsis,Budhist,Christians,Jains), among this Muslims was not mentioned in this Act, it is mainly to take a double stand and it is a clear case of inequality.Because people in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh Muslims are also influenced by the cruelty done by these governments. Article 19 says about “freedom of speech and expression” this article is violated under CAA and also the same situation has happened in Article 21.This article says about “freedom of life and liberty”.

Preamble says “We the people of India, having solemnly resolves to constitute India into a ‘SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC’ and to secure to all its citizens:

JUSTICE, social, economic and political;

LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;

EQUALITY of status and of opportunity and to promote among them all;

FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the ‘unity and integrity of nation’”

CAA, kills preamble in which secularism and equality has been mentioned.

Act divides the nation and the people of nation on the basis of religion.

CAA, was passed and enforced as law as a result people started protesting against this law. The first protest was initiated by students of different colleges and universities And later the protests has been changed into a violence.In UP, 19 people were killed and in Karnataka 2men were killed.Houses and vehicles were destroyed by the police.

Government wants to make this protest to revolt, for that the police destroyed public property and government buses.

In India, still protests are going on and mass campaigns against CAA.
