Today in our country, there are several companies like Swiggy, Zomato, etc that are providing job opportunities for the youth. But, unfortunately, along with this opportunity, they are exploiting these young people.

Rakshak Samajik Sangh (Rakshak Army) has a large number of members working as delivery boys in and around Pune. These new class of workers have many problems related to job security, payout, etc. To stop the exploitation by these multi million companies we need to frame a law and establish a welfare board for these workers.

Perhaps for the first time in our country, the state government of Karnataka, is planning a new labor law for delivery boys. If Karnataka State Government can do it then why cant our Maharashtra State Government do it as well.

We have written letters to then Labour Minister, Hon. Dilip Walse Patil Sir on 28th Jan 2021 and also to the current Labour Minister, Hon. Hasan Mushrif Sir on 31st Mar 2022 but nothing has been done.

If the delivery boys raise their voice against the companies then their IDs are blocked within an hour. Since they don't have much job opportunities they have to work for these companies.

We request everyone to support this cause as these delivery boys worked for us during the most critical time i.e. COVID. Its our turn now to thank them by supporting them to get their rights. Lets show them that we care for them.

आज आपल्या देशात स्विगी, झोमॅटो असे अनेक कंपन्या आहेत ज्या तरुणांना नोकरीच्या संधी उपलब्ध करून देत आहेत. पण, दुर्दैवाने या संधीसोबतच ते या तरुणांचे शोषण देखील करत आहेत.

रक्षक सामाजिक संघाचे (रक्षक आर्मी) मोठ्या संख्येने सदस्य डिलिव्हरी बॉय म्हणून काम करतात. कामगारांच्या या नवीन वर्गाला नोकरीची सुरक्षा, वेतन इत्यादी संबंधित अनेक समस्या आहेत. या कोट्यवधी कंपन्यांकडून होणारी पिळवणूक थांबवण्यासाठी या कामगारांसाठी कायदा तयार करून कल्याणकारी मंडळ स्थापन करण्याची गरज आहे.

कदाचित आपल्या देशात प्रथमच, कर्नाटक राज्य सरकार, डिलिव्हरी बॉईजसाठी नवीन कामगार कायदा तयार करत आहे. जर कर्नाटक राज्य सरकार करू शकत असेल तर आपले महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकार ते का करू शकत नाही.

आम्ही तत्कालीन कामगार मंत्री, मा. दिलीप वळसे पाटील साहेब यांना 28 जानेवारी 2021 रोजी तसेच विद्यमान कामगार मंत्री मा. हसन मुश्रीफ साहेब यांना 31 मार्च 2022 रोजी पत्रद्वारे ह्या सगळ्याची कल्पना दिली आहे. पण काहीही झाले नाही.

डिलिव्हरी बॉईजने कंपन्यांविरोधात आवाज उठवला तर तासाभरात त्यांचे आयडी ब्लॉक केले जातात. त्यांच्याकडे नोकरीच्या फारशा संधी नसल्यामुळे त्यांना या कंपन्यांमध्ये काम करावे लागते.

आम्ही सर्वांना विनंती करतो की या कारणास पाठिंबा द्यावा कारण या डिलिव्हरी बॉईजनी आपल्या सर्वांसाठी सर्वात कठीण काळात म्हणजे कोविडमध्ये आत्यावशक वस्तू पहुचवण्याचा काम केलेला आहे. त्यांचे हक्क मिळवण्यासाठी त्यांना पाठिंबा देऊन त्यांचे आभार मानण्याची आता आपली पाळी आहे. आम्हाला त्यांची काळजी आहे हे त्यांना दाखवूया.
