Osian Chlorophyll – RESTORE MAINTAINENCE AND BRING PEACE

The Builder has stopped the maintenance recently which was provided till last week. The builder stopped maintaining because he was financially tight on account of non payment of maintenance and litigations on the project. We the residents are the ultimate victims being deprived of basic requirements like Clean water, garbage pick and regular maintenance because of case between Builder and some residents.  

The Association says that only when the metro water, electricity and sewerage is provided we have to pay maintenance and we did not pay maintenance till now.  

Suddenly the builder has stopped maintenance since he was not able to any further maintain on account of non payment of maintenance and not able to sell the flats on account of some litigation on them. Now the office bearers say they will face the builder in RERA and would get the maintenance issue sorted. But builder has mailed  that due to litigations and non-payment of maintenance charges, they cannot provide maintenance and they are going to adjust maintenance amount from corpus funds paid by us. We are confused and helpless.

Recently builder has mailed for peace solution, the office bearers have replied claiming me and all other owners as “litigants”.  Office bearers have mailed on their own, but i'm not party to litigation and I only want peaceful living.  
We want peaceful living and solution to our problems as below:  

1. Developer should restart maintenance with immediate effect and ensure Deepavali is not spoilt.
2. Present office bearer must fight only in their individual capacity and not bring us in between.  We are only concerned with water and regular maintenance.  All extra claims if 5 People want, they can ask for it seperately for themselves  
3. Developer and Office bearers must ensure that nothing in court affects our right of ownership which we got after very long struggle.
   
   We request both the builder and the officer bearers to solve the problems in the best interest of WE MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE.
