There needs to be accountability by the airlines and third party sites when it comes to cancelation of flights.  A passenger should not be out of pocket hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars  and scrambling to find other flights, accommodation etc when flights are canceled.  There need to be communication and compensation.

These two hour waiting time to speak to a PERSON needs to be addressed as well as it seems to be that way with the intention to frastrate the customer and have them give up.

It is so easy to book a flight yet extremely difficult to speak with someone when something goes wrong.
