It’s quite evident that because of covid everything has been impacted and all types of loss incurred is unavoidable.

Consultants like me a having a huge impact in terms of earnings. There is no business since an year but we still are paying off the rentals of the offices. The owners are quite aware of the situation but still nothing in favour. From where are we going to bear the rents when all the gateways are closed. 
Similar is the situation with residential people too. Those residing as tenants are also facing tremendous risky situation where they have lost their jobs and many not even in a condition to get three times a meal. In this hard times we should all come together to get the change done so that each one can survive. Taking loans in order to pay rents and then again in order to repay the loan another loan, eventually it becomes a cycle of debt clearing.

The  government should think of the middle class self employed people bearing the taxes, gst and all sort of expenses in order to sustain are hampered drastically.

Atleast till things come at balance point , owners should waive off the commercial rent. Considering the fact of covid leverages could be made for all to survive.
