Everyday Maharashtra is recording new Height of covid casses and deaths ! 60,000 + casses / day .  Yet no to silly changes were made is rules and lockdown. Also , we are now out of vaccines. Conducting exams in a pandemic is risky and no joke to take this lightly. 

         Thinking that 16-17 year olds can't get covid or. can't die to it is myth. 26% if people who died to covid had no before health issues . And , we might not die but we still can transmit it to the elders , our family . The situation is already wrost today can get worsen if not properly handled , we got a chance to stop it by taking a wise decision to cancel these upcoming exams . Unfairly , We can't even get vaccinated !! 

         Government of India is fining common people for breaking covid regulations but they themselves are conducting Huge rallies , like in Bengal recently. In mumbai , I see buses overloaded daily , Market places crowded . No surprise why we are experiencing a second covid wave now . Unwillingly we need a lockdown , a effective one to control this situation . But it seems , even govt. has gone through a mental illness phase in lockdown and lost their minds thus taking silly decisions , conducting exams in such times. 

        Rather than discussing with only ministers , they should ask us students too . Yall think online classes were effective much too give a 3hr theory exam ? Was everybody were able to get online classes ? You must have seen memes on online classes , ranting about not understanding a thing . They were totally relatable . Online classes does not have the same effect as offline classes . Rural area people dint even got those , some are giving up their life due to this !! Read news ?? 

        I understand 10th and 12th standard's importance , the unessesery and undeserving importance which are being giving to it from years and years , pressuring students to think that 10th and 12th are the ultimate future and reputation in society. The power they hold in our societies is superior than anything, a child with 50% will be labelled as dumb and average irrespective of anything in her/him . That's the system we have built . I can rant about our education system for hours but anyway , this is an opportunity for us to lessen the powers of 10th and 12th so called boards , by opening streams freely all the way to anyone from any stream according to our new education system which isn't really applied till now , can be implemented now. 

       Just like 9th and 11th students were promoted,  as if their studies don't matter or they can't catch covid , we , 10th and 12th students also should be promoted by giving us assignments or projects which doesn't require anybody's physical presence , while rural students who are unable to do even this should be simply promoted. I believe, 11th and 9th studies are as important as us , if you saw no issues while promoting them to next class , then the same applies to us too. 

      Last one , how can I forgot about mental problems we all suffered in lockdown ! We all gone through a lot , the world is not the same it use to be before this pandemic . People lost their jobs , loved ones , their business, we were not able to socialize with our friends , had no work , left alone with our mind, crying and dying . It all went like a home arrest !

    This years , this pandemic is been so cruel for us all , let everyone live in peace now . Let not even one student lose life by this , cancel exams , make lockdown again , let's play ludo again in everybody's peace and safety . #cancelboardexams2021
