Samuel Urick, D.O. started this petition to Office of Gov Tom Wolf

Pennsylvania has been on lock down since the middle of March 2020.   With a decline in cases of Coronavirus/COVID-19, the state is choosing what businesses to open.  No one wants to see the numbers of positive cases spike again.  However there are certain companies/industries being unfairly punished - namely Drive-In theaters.    Families need to get out of the house, especially with younger children, stay in their car or minivan, and drive in to a theater to watch a movie.   Social distancing is maintained if people are 6 feet apart.   Some say using the same restrooms is problematic but people are still in airports using restrooms, among other businesses.   Patrons can bring their own snacks/beverages as a change.  We cannot allow fear mongering to keep Drive-In theaters closed. These are mainly owned by people that we all know - members of our communities.  We cannot allow them to go out of business.  We cannot allow our children to not have yet another summer activity taken from them.  Please sign and forward to friends.  List the name of the Drive-In by you that is being affected.  We want Governor Wolf to hear these concerns.
