Companies these days are determined to call various customers, and offer them their services whether they want to be given them or not. My parents often get calls from a cable company, offering new services to add to their existing subscription, and have been becoming too persistent for them to cope with. We are fed up of these companies refusing to take no for an answer.
If I was paying major bills to these kind of business services, I would only wish for them to be receiving calls from me when I would like to know more about their services. These companies and many more need to start learning and accepting that we are the customers, and that we are always right. They need to start learning that if we are not interested in additional services and packages, they need to stop being so persistent about wanting to up-sell us.
