Having watched numerous TV news programmes I am concerned at how various "experts" are being presented or described. I have recently checked the background on numerous scientists, Sage participants, medical experts, etc. and am amazed at how many on investigation have previous (and sometimes current) affiliations to one or other political party. I believe OFCOM should insist that whenever experts are put forward any current or previous political affiliations should be included in their accreditation.
