Why are Bridgend residents paying 104% more to Odeon than other South Wales Odeon's.
This petition made change with 4,240 supporters!
Bridgend County Borough Residents are being ripped off by Odeon. Ticket prices are 104% higher than Odeon cinemas in Cardiff, Swansea and Llanelli.
In Bridgend a standard ticket costs £11.75 for an adult and £9.50 for a child. Premier tickets are £13.55 for an adult and £11.30 for a child. Whilst in Swansea and Llanelli a standard ticket is £5.75 for both adults and children and £7.25 for Premier tickets. The Premier ticket cost is £4.50 cheaper than an adult standard ticket.
A family of four in Swansea or Llanelli can go to the Cinema get Premier tickets and pay just £29 and in Cardiff it would cost £27. Whereas in Bridgend it costs £49.70 to watch the same film.
How can this be right? Why are Bridgend County Borough Residents accepting this? Please sign this petition and boycott Bridgend Odeon until Bridgend Resident's are paying the same price to watch the same film as other local Odeon Cinema's.
Whilst there are people that can afford to travel or have means to travel to Cardiff or Swansea there are many families within Bridgend that simply do not have that option and they are missing out.
