I have a dream where all students should be able to use their phones during their free times. It is unfair that we as students do not have the freedom to use our phones during our free times. I understand the no phones during class time. However, during our passing periods and lunch we should have the freedom to check our phones. Our parents need responses sometimes and some of us have responsibilities to take care of. So please allow us to use our phones. Also please allow hats.
