Occupational Drivers license

Occupational Drivers license
Why this petition matters
To whom this may concern: My Name is Kendra Parks and I’m writing to request for a occupational Drivers license. My mother Terryca M. Epps passed away June 20, 2022. She did not have a written will. My mother left me her car which my uncle has at his place of residence. I had just started back in April of 2022 working as a caregiver and also working on getting my drivers license and other responsibilities taken care of. I have no help getting to and from work, my mother’s passing has changed my life forever. I am her only child and I have no means of help. And I would like to continue helping people. I work for HomecareBook as a caregiver. I love my job and the clients I assist. And I would like to continue doing what I love. This has effected me in so many different ways. My Uncle has my mother’s car and will not release it to me. No one has offered to take me to and from work, as I do know that they do not have to but this has effectively stopped me from getting to work. It has definitely hindered me from paying my bills to live in my home comfortably. I’m currently behind on my bills which has been a constant stressful time for me. Doing my time of grief, I’m a homebody. I don’t have many friends and don’t have much family support. I would love to continue to be able to take care of myself and do as my mother would want me to do so. Taking care of my responsibilities, I am suffering not being able to feed myself or being able to take care of myself or my responsibility. I do know that when a deceased person has passed next to kin gets the inheritance my mother was not married and has no other children and her car is to be given to me her only child. I want nothing but to continue to be able to take care of myself. My mother wanted me to have the car for a reason. I’m requesting this occupational Drivers license to get to and from work so I can then take care of other responsibilities.
