Get deposit refund from oBike Singapore

oBike is Singaporean stationless bicycle-sharing system with operations in several countries. They collect a deposit of SG $49 from their customers in order to start using their bike rental service.
As per their own website, the refunds are processed within 14 working days.
However, since Jan 2018, they are either not processing the refunds at all or processing them at an extremely slow pace. Many customers who submitted the refund request in Jan 2018 are yet to receive their refund in May 2018.
Their customer support has a standard response "Your refund is being processed." and they are not able to give any specific timeline to complete that process.
Based on the number of complaints on their Facebook pages and other social media channels, it is apparent that the problem is widespread and large number of customers are affected.
I'm starting this petition to gain support on this issue from all the affected customers with a hope to bring the issue into the mainstream and get the attention of Singapore authorities. The authorities should act to force the company into compliance, or cease their operations and take action against their management.
