Oakland Technical High School has a history of sexual abuse, racial, religious, and gender discrimination. Multiple staff members have been the perpetrators of this abuse. Our policy would ensure that staff members reported for any form of discrimination or abuse would be shadowed by an impartial third party to determine whether disciplinary action should be taken. 

Our hope is for this policy to aide in the removal of discriminatory staff from our campus. Our goal is to ensure that Oakland Tech remains a safe environment for students.
