We the people are calling for all charges to be dismissed against Jillian and Eric Wuestenberg regarding an incident that occurred in Lake Orion MI involving a couple the victims Eric and Jillian Wuestenberg for standing their ground and defending themselves against imminent danger of a physical and racial attack from a mom and daughter who falsely accused this couple of racism for an internet hoax. 

The Wuestenbergs repeatedly tried to de escalate a situation from a racist mom a daughter who repeatedly and aggressively continued to threaten physical bodily harm on a couple while blocking their entrance to their personal vehicle and blocked the Wuestenberg's vehicle when they were trying to leave the parking lot. While the couple reversed their vehicle to exit, Hill intentionally went behind the vehicle to stop them from leaving while she hit the vehicle and continued to threaten an attack and racial language. Takeila Hill also reached her hand inside the Wuestenberg's vehicle through the passenger's window with threatening hand gestures while verbally threatening the couple once the Wuestenbergs entered their vehicle. 

The Wuestenbergs should not have been charged and arrested with any crime for standing their ground and defending themselves and property against the imminent threat. 

We the people feel the Oakland County Sheriff and Oakland County Prosecutors Office falsely arrested and charged the Wuestenbergs to feed into a narrative of today's society of "Karen's" which in fact it was proven by Takeila Hill's own video that she recorded and shown that her and her daughter were the racist aggressors threatening bodily harm and physically blocking their exits and touched and damage Wuestenbergs personal vehicle. Takeila Hill's own video proved that she and her daughter and associates were an imminent threat to the Wuestenbergs. 

We the people demand charges to be immediately filed and arrest made against Takeila Hill and daughter and other associates involved. The charges we are demanding to be filed against Hill are the following....racial intimidation, assault, disturbing the peace, false imprisonment, vandalism, and new Michigan law that allows making a 911 call that was racial motivated a crime.....that was made against the Wuestenbergs. Which was proven by Hill's own video recording. 

There were charges recently filed in Livonia Michigan for a similar incident involving a white woman against a black woman and we the people demand Takeila Hill and daughter and their other associates involved to be charged and arrested immediately.
