My mom is going through it now as shipped to IN, IV stuck into both wrists under a bogus Involuntary Mental Ruling when all she had was N.H. neglect of dehydration and they forced her against SOM to receive Risperdal psych med without informed consent of her legal rep just to keep her from discharging home as approved.
However, with 2200 happening in Oakland Co alone last year-how come the signatures are so small? It s because no one is printing 10 copies to pass out at gas stations and grocery stores asking for signatures when home.
Let's be fair, as this story in 2016 it was happening before Gov, AG, because MI house & senate legislators got rich off the Medicaid Fraud to Campaign funds as well. The legislature always sits in comfy, dark corners getting rich while others take the heat. THEY ENACT THE LAWS AND THEY CAN FORCE ENFORCEMENT TO INFORCE THE LAWS! Michigan has great elder abuse laws-IT THEY GOT ENFORCED!
So call your legislature and demand they take immediate action to help the Gov. AG & Chief Justice who are holding townhalls, firing officials and opening up the AG office to complaints.
What has your MI legislator been doing except getting fat and entertained by the circus of hurt!
Call your MI House & Senate legislator and demand Enforcement do their jobs or its RECALL FOR THEM!

This is very similar what's happening in St. Clair Co with our Mom as of 9/19. Apparently many our right that other than a few firings in Oakland co. Elder Abuse by court & officials suppressed and large scale unabated!

Someone should be charged with kidnapping and larceny by conversion amongst many other things. That whole court system needs to go down. If this was my mother everyone would know. Id be screaming from the rooftops!!!

I'm signing this because this is wrong. My Mother is getting up in age and wouldn't want this to happen to my Family. I keep things of mine in my mothers house that I would not want anybody taking them thinking there my mothers or stuff Willed to my brother, sister and myself. I stand with her !!
