By signing this petition, you want to make it known that you wish for the OACIQ and APCIQ to take a stand for its members and negotiate the immediate removal of all  Covid-19 restrictions pertaining to our industry. 

By agreeing to sign this petition, you aspire that the Quebec Government and Health Canada, prioritize our return to work and this without limitations as to physical visits. You pursue to be given the right to market properties,  visit all properties for sale and offer your services to consumers without any limitations, including but not limited to residential, commercial, industrial and multi-residential transactions. 

More over, you vow to abide with all hygiene protocols and precautions and respect social distancing measures. You promise to protect and prioritize the health and safety of all consumers. 

Finally, you want to make it known, that our industry is a driving force of the country’s economy and delaying to comply with our demands can only harm our industry and the economic status of our province.
