In NZ, Domestic Child Violence is a very serious issue that has impacted our society. According to Unicef, NZ ranks 35th out of 41 developed countries for Child Well-being outcomes. This petition urges the NZ Government to incorporate and fund learning resources and programs into the education system, for children aged 5-12, in relation to Domestic Child Violence. As well as education programs for teachers and parents. We urge this action to take place so that society is more educated and aware of this issue and that change can be seen.
