The residents of the west penthouse apartment at 244 East 78th Street (Apt. 4B) continue to have frequent extremely loud and obnoxious parties with thunderous club music outside, drinking games and shouting, going well into the night, often to 1:30 AM and later. 311 calls have been logged numerous times to little effect. They have been confronted and while they apologize in the moment, they simply return to their selfish ways the next weekend.

The property manager, ICON Realty Management has received numerous letters and has never responded.

Residents of our neighborhood love to leave our windows and balcony doors open in the summer and fall nights but these selfish people make that impossible, especially on a weekend when we all like to recoup from the working week.
