The New York City Housing Authority wants to have my brother in law picture removed off the gate. The picture has been on the gate for 2 years. The picture is a sacred memory of my brother. Stefy has been gone for 2 years now. His mother is trying so hard everyday to keep a smile on her face. His older brother and lil sister been helping they mother stay strong.
