The new Mayor of NYC Eric Adams has stepped up the amount of parking tickets in the city. They are not letting you realistically dispute any of them. They say you can but even if you provide evidence proving your innocence, your ticket will not be dismissed.

Furthermore, the city is blocking off street parking for ConEd and filming permits limiting the amount of legal parking for days on end. If ConEd comes for 1 day, the parking will be blocked off for 3. They are also bringing back 2 day a week alternate side parking even though they are not going to be street sweeping on both days.

This is a racket and extortion at it's most basic form. Why are the residents paying for these infractions? The residents do not see any type of income for these filming permits. 

Stop punishing the residents of NYC. These are the people that pay taxes and vote. There is rising crime in this city and you are using manpower to harass ordinary upstanding people.
