The Ramapough Lenape are the people who were forced out of this area by early settlers. because they were unlawfully evicted and oppressed, I feel this small request is the least that could be done to support members of this tribal group. More should be done but lets start here in addressing the wrongs of our past and begin to do the right thing. Thank you

Parts of history should be honored to public areas where they lived... A lot of history has not been told correctly and first settlers were not given the credit they deserve..
