Our industry needs this bad. Without these measures in place, we lose over 1/3 of our restaurants by August. Of that, another 3rd will close by the end of the year, unable to recover from limited capacity restrictions, alone. The mixed messages and non-guidance that the government officials have provided, including the Governor and Mayor, have not been anywhere near enough. Guidance from the SLA is not specific enough and they have done a poor job communicating these to all restaurant owners, as we have received nothing from them in form of email or mail, or any other form of communications.
