We are Whitfield Bryson & Mason LLP, a law firm based in Washington, DC, committed to the protection of consumers. Our attorneys have successfully filed and prosecuted cases against Apple, Google, Lenovo, HP, and Sony, just to name a few. Most recently we have been in the spotlight for representing owners of the 2011 MacBook Pros due to widespread graphics defects (you can read more about that suit here). Alerted to NVIDIA’s blatant misrepresentation of graphical capabilities of the GTX 970 graphics card, we commenced an investigation leading us to your community.
Although one lawsuit has been filed under the laws of California, we are investigating whether legal claims exist under the laws of other states. Importantly, we’d like to hear from you about your personal experience with the GTX 970.
