Hello everyone. I am your fellow being who innocently bought a subscription from an app called SonyLiv only to find out that they have parasitically attached themselves to my online wallet and now have the right to auto renew my subscription every month. I emailed them twice, reached out to their official handle on Twitter and Instagram but all they provided me with was robotic and useless responses. They did not even reply to my email messages. I contacted my online wallet care and they said that only the merchant can cancel the subscription. No one at SonyLiv app is helping me despite my repeated pleas. It has caused me and causing me great stress. I found there are other troubled customers like me.
We need to unite to send such companies the message that this is not how a customer is treated and they have to up their customer support game. Sonyliv app is really disappointing its customers.
Sign this petition to make Sonyliv give control to us regarding our money and subscriptions and be more customer friendly. A consumer shouldn't be ignored this badly.
