I'm single mum on low income .. I can't send regular money to Somali to my family ... But my 10 & 8 years old decided to send their pocket money so their grandfather can eat ... It might not be a lot but it stops my dad from starving ... If they was no Somali money transferrers my dad will starve .. My dad is 71 years old 

I personally rely on remittance companies to send money to family members in Somalia. Likewise the small charity of which I am secretary uses them to send money to pay the wages of Somalia-based personnel who run a primary school and a free public library.

I'm signing because Somalia needs this service so much and Barclays can certainly afford it. the greed of this bank is appalling.
