Greetings, Hope this finds you well. Unfortunately, we revised one day before the test. 
A large portion of the class did not do well enough in the previous term's papers, which will result in the term being failed for the same reasons. 
As we all know, grade 11 is a crucial year since we must apply to universities and must achieve decent grades in order to do so. 
Because a percentage of each term's grade contributes to the end of year grade, the class failing will result in a poor end of year grade for majority of individuals.

Finally, we decided to rewrite this test because it counts for 40% of our term grade and will help us pass the term with relatively decent grades.
