I was meant to be going to the Ey Up Mi Duck festival at the start of May which is in the 12 week recommended period for avoiding public places. It’s a small festival irganised by really nice people. It’s like many other festivals round the country.

The current government position of recommending people don’t go to mass events does nothing to help the promotors.

If the promotors cancel their events they lose money.

iI they run the events they will be classed as irresponsible.

if the government bans the events for three months they’ll will be able to claim on their event insurance.
