My trust has been lost in the Prime Minister and the current Government following the Allegra Stratton / Ed Oldfield video published by ITV news today.
 
The British people have followed the Covid rules and restrictions since March 2020. They have also, largely,  been vaccinated. Many of us have lost loved ones and made many sacrifices since Covid started.

My father died on the 4th October this year after waiting 5 hours for an ambulance after breaking his hip. We would have loved to have celebrated Christmas together in 2020 but we followed the rules and didn’t.

Whether or not a party at No. 10 Downing Street, last December 2020,  was “within the rules” it was morally wrong and to then hold a mock press conference is shameful, disrespectful and damn right disgusting.

I therefore call for a vote of no confidence in the government.
