Finish the Dundee Beach boat ramp properly

As most of you are aware the Dundee beach boat ramp is a half finished job, it is a nightmare to launch on low tides due to the angle and the lack of grip on the top half of the ramp itself, the existing rock groin is no where near long enough and only provides protection from the north west. There needs to be an overlapping rock wall protecting the ramp from southerly chop, also the lights both at the ramp and rock wall are dismal same goes for the navigation buoys, there is no pontoon to allow safe entry and exit of boats at the ramp. And as fishing and tourism is a major part of the NT economy its in the governments best interest to sort these issues out and soon! It is personally one of the worst ramps I've ever had to use.
