No E Rezoning of Private Land In the Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan started this petition to NSW State and Local Government

Rampant development across the Sydney Basin has been benefitting cashed-up developers to the detriment of the community for years. The NSW State Government proposes to offset the environmental development impacts by rezoning local community landholding to environmental land, significantly reducing the value of properties in the “Cumberland Belt".

Rural landowners who have worked their entire lives to own their land and support their families across generations WILL NOT be the pawns of developers! Our families cooperated in good faith with the NSW Government over decades – it appears that the needs of developers are prioritised over the needs of the community.

The communities affected want these proposed changes to their property zoning dismissed. We want a greater focus on developer responsibility to combat the damage sustained from Large Developments and the infrastructure required to sustain them.

STAND WITH RESIDENTS to stop these proposed changes. Your support is critical.

Please sign this petition and invite anyone you know that is on rural residential land in Wilton and surrounding suburbs that are under the proposed “Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan”.
