Bring back the Manly Vale to Sydney City T3

For 40 years I have been ride-sharing in the T3 - Suddenly this proven community practice has been hijacked by yet another dumb decision by the NSW RMS. 3 lanes of traffic now become two resulting in a poor use of the roads we have and ensuing traffic chaos. It has been only one week since school has returned for the year (uni still to come!) and already we are seeing traffic queues the full length of the Burnt Bridge Deviation (BBD)! This forces people to drive back through the residential streets of Balgowlah (hang on! Wasn't the Burnt Bridge Deviation built to stop that??)
The solution is to bring it back to a T3. We are told the police cannot keep track of people cheating (not 3 passengers) in the T3 (really an underachievement by the NSW Police in my view) but even THAT is better than the gridlock this is (and will further) cause! The B Line is great but no match for bicyclist on the BBD, cycling at 20 kph! Obviously, a lot of cars in the T3 COULD slow the B Line, but even now the B Line comes every FIVE minutes - in that time you can get a lot of cars using that existing infrastructure!!
