Improve public transport in Banksmeadow, Botany and Pagewood

Residents of Botany, Pagewood and Banksmeadow need public transport infrastructure to catch up with the construction and population boom in the area. A number of issues need to be urgently addressed:
- Buses from these areas need to resume service to Circular Quay. The X09, 309, X10 and 310 buses used to terminate at Circular Quay. Since late 2015, they have terminated at Railway Square. This requires residents to change buses or catch a bus and then a train to their inner city destination. This has increased both travel time and cost. It's not unusual for residents to take 1-1.5 hours to travel the 12km distance.
- Residents also need a bus from Botany, Pagewood and Banksmeadow to Mascot Station. Currently there are only buses that travel to Green Square. Mascot is the closest station, not Green Square. Indeed, congestion and travel times around Green Square will only worsen with the construction and impending population boom there.
- Residents need the 410 bus service to run more frequently, reliably and through Botany, Pagewood and Banksmeadow.
Being able to travel from Botany, Pagewood and Banksmeadow to the City Inner Circle by a direct bus would significantly cut down travel time for residents. Similarly, a reliable bus from these areas to Mascot Station would greatly improve travel times, especially during peak hour traffic.
