WE WANT MANDATORY JAIL SENTENCES FOR ROAD DEATHS IN NSW!!!

0 have signed. Let’s get to 200!

The NSW Justice System is seriously flawed. Too many defendants are either being found “Not Guilty”, despite overwhelming DPP evidence to the contrary, or Are receiving Minimal Sentences.

THE PINK SHORTS MOVEMENT was formed after the tragic Death of Jay, who passed away in November 2014. A drunk driver took his life and received a minimal sentence.

We at TPSM request the Hon Minister For Roads, Maritime and Freight, Mrs Melinda Pavey- FORMALLY REQUEST THE STATE LAW IN NSW Be changed so that those drivers FOUND GUILTY OF : “Dangerous Driving Occasioning Death”, or “Negligent Driving Occasioning Dearh; BE IN JAIL FOR THE FULL TERM OF THEIR SENTENCE!!!

NO MORE LIGHT SENTENCES. No more slap on the wrists. WE HAVE TO SET AN EXAMPLE! There MUST be repercussions to these actions!!

With NO NEGOTIATION for “Good Character”, or “No Prior Offences”. This HAS TO CHANGE!!

We “THE PINK SHORTS MOVEMENT”,  request a meeting with Mrs Pavey and the NSW Attorney General The Hon Mark Speakman, to handover these signatures and request the law be rattified URGENTLY!

Will you stand with us? Please sign our petition and help us to “MAKE A CHANGE FOR GOOD”!
