World Heritage listed Parramatta Park has had hectares of  land given away to stadiums, an RSL, carparks and rail lines- NOW it’s time to give back to Parramatta Park.

City of Parramatta’s population is set to double by 2038 so we MUST increase our public green space as the pandemic demonstrated how much parklands were vital for our mental and physical health.

The Lord Mayor Councillor Donna Davis said this week during a Parliamentary Inquiry into Greater Sydney Parklands - adding to Parramatta Park with the 20ha heritage landscapes of the former mental health hospital would be a "GAME CHANGER”.
