Mr. Devanand Pandit was admitted around 4 am on 15/10/2022 to NSMCH after getting a referral from the college's Hospital.

He was admitted to ICU just after reaching the Hospital. The hospital administration was so reluctant to take charge after admission. Some of his friends were there but were not getting any information about medication and the patient's current situation. His friends were obeying the dictates of the NSMCH.

At around 3 pm, the patient was telling the doctors about his deteriorating oxygen level, but they ignored and kept him in the Hospital.

From 4 am to 5 pm, nobody has taken the update on the person's health other than his friends.

Once the situation deteriorated so much that the patient went on a ventilator, the NSMCH administration got active, and someone from Hospital informed the college.

Until 5 pm, no college authority had taken any updates on a patient admitted to the ICU, and Hospital was not giving any information about the patient health.

A B.Tech student was also admitted to MICU, but no information was given to the college administration or his parents.

After one of the students called to college administration, they took the situation as critical and reached the Hospital.

At around 7 pm, college administration was there, but they also were not allowed to see the patient.

By 8:30 pm, the patient was declared dead.
