On the 3rd of March 2022, NRF released my funds to UNISA. It was later directed to Finance department to refund me but until today I have not received my refund yet I was told to wait for only 15 working days of which is almost a month now. I have tried with other students to find answers from finance department from student funding officer and management but no one is willing to respond to our emails and calls.

This is affecting us emotionally and psychologically as we wish to start with our studies, but how do we do that without resources, without food and rent? The university seem not to care about students destress. NRF funded us for reasons and the university decided to keep our money with them for no reasons.
