2 months ago, reserved spots were added as people purchased them.

Today, 90% of reserved spots are unused, creating a shortage of spots for everyone in the garage. With no garage-entry on the half of the floors, residents are already fighting for spots near their apartment. Pre-Reserving spots is unacceptable. 

Novel Riverwalk can and should switch their policy back to adding reserved spots as they are purchased.
