Closure for the families of the Chief William Saulis crew

Six families, including mine, lost a loved member of their family on December 15, 2020 when a scallop fishing boat sunk in the Bay of Fundy. My 29 year old son, Aaron Cogswell has still not been recovered.
One body was recovered on the day of the incident. Five more are still missing, it's assumed that they went down with the boat on December 15. Turned into search and recovery on December 17, the boat was found by sonar - too deep to recover on January 16. On January 22 it was deemed too dangerous to investigate any longer.
Our loved ones were then classified as missing instead of giving families closure with death certificates. Our hands are tied to do anything without one. No funeral without a body or certificate. So no closure unless families pay for lawyers and court fees to petition and that could take up to 7 years.
Please sign to tell the government we need closure. You called off recovery, let the families start to heal. Let's write our obituaries and have our service. Workers compensation board has listed them as gone. Why can’t other departments of government? Let’s not make these families stand before a judge to say our dead are dead. Please sign, let’s not add to the burden with all the extra fees to get what already is public knowledge.
Help this grieving mother and rest of the families.
