SA Women Fight Back opposes BAIL for the accused in the matter of rape which appears before the Noupoort Magistrates Court on 5 May 2020.

We find it deeply concerning that even during the lockdown perpetrators continue to violate our women especially in incidences where the victim is elderly.

We urge the courts to not let these deeds go unpunished and to show zero tolerance for the perpetrators.
