On 6th of July the parliament of the EU voted for fossil gas and nuclear to be labeled as green energy.

This will first of all delay a desperately needed real sustainable transition as well as it makes EU states dependable on Russian fuels.

Fossil fuels are now beeing greenwashed with this new taxonomy, backing the fossil lobby and autocrats like Putin.

With this petition every politician who voted for the taxonomy has to be taken responsible for their actions. To do it in the most efficient way, the politicians of the EU parliament, who voted for the taxonomy, should be obliged to install a nuclear waste dump in their garden.
