Children are not allowed to take out games if they do not live in Norwich City limits. Even if their parents work in Norwich and the children go to a Norwich school. My son was taken to the Norwich library and was told he could not check out a game because we do not live in the city limits. While she felt bad having to tell him this, it is the rule and I feel it should be changed. 

More children in the Norwich school district will have access to mind stimulating games, which improves learning. 

Children need mind stimulation even more now, and not just in the school.
