We the undersigned object strongly against any plans to include C19 and C46 into the local plan for potential housing. We urge the council not to include the two sites in the local plan. 

Allowing these sites to be included in the local plan will have a detrimental effect on the local communities of Broom Leys and Whitwick. It will increase traffic congestion, destroy local wildlife, allow the destruction of the last remaining large open areas of countryside and see the elimination of areas of separation that allows Whitwick to maintain its unique village identity if these sites are allowed to be built on.
