We all have a right to drive, walk or cycle along our coastline. Excluding drivers from this right is totally unjustified. Apart from this, the traffic is being diverted through residential area’s which will cause huge build ups  that the residents can do without, and resulting in journey times taking longer. Not sure how this even got through planning. It’s an absolute unnecessary use of tax payers money.
