I believe there is a need for a skatepark in Tynemouth. Although there is a pump track in Northumberland Park it doesn’t cater for skateboarders needs.

Me and a group of friends aged between 12 and 14 agree there is a need for this facility come to Tynemouth as we haven’t got anywhere to skate within a distance we are allowed to travel later in the day. If this happens it would create more happiness in our local community.

Additionally, I think it would help push skateboarding in Tynemouth and non local places like Cullercoats 

If we get to build this skatepark I think that the company ‘maverick skate’ could build this.
