It’s an amazing system which is great for families and keeping healthy which is what the coast should be all about

I'm signing because everyone now knows the benefits of this to health mental wellbeing and cleaner air. Car fumes are scientifically proven to be a cause of asthma, cancer and it is also said recently in the Independent that this pollution is believed to weaken the lungs and make people more unable to fight against covid. This cycle track is child and family friendly. BBC say Corona virus will be with us for years and this cycle track is an investment in our new future which many believe will need to be very different _decarbonized.
I'm signing this for my little 4 year old daughter and newly born son and theur future.

Read your own policies, which are firmly in favour of cycling, for all the usual reasons; health, pollution, congestion, climate change etc.

Think it's a fabulous idea ... and haven't you already made the posts semi-permanent anyway, by drilling them into the tarmac?! Really isn't a big deal to keep it there, although please please please put up a big sign at the Sainsbury's roundabout to remind people. I forget quite regularly that I can't turn right!

I regularly cycle up the cost and would love this to stay, and possibly extend down the coast to Sunderland.
