On November 4, 2021, 1 year old Lon’Dan Davy was ordered by a Williston, North Dakota Judge to be returned to his biological mother who is currently awaiting trial for child abuse allegations against her then 3 year old daughter. There is audio of a call made by the little girls mother in which she can be heard screaming & yelling through out the call at the child. The child is screaming and you can easily hear the hits/thumps. Photos show her bruised face over and around her eye. The mother can be heard stating that she wanted to beat her to death.

 In a recent police report dated Sun-September 26, 2021, police detailed that they noticed a mark near the child’s eye. The police officer stated in the report: “I asked( -) about her bruise and she stated, looked at her mother before answering that “she fell off her bike.” After she told me, she again looked at her mother.” -North Star Human Service Zone-Williston, ND was over the case, and showed less than little concern about the charges and the immediate danger of the child who also has a younger brother who is 1. Calls & texts where made to North Star to inform them that the child involved in the case was seen on video and in person with her mother who was supposed  only have supervised visits. One response from a caseworker heavily involved in her case after being informed of this was to ask the person that informed her was: “Do you know where she is? Do you have the address?” Nothing was done. The biological mother of the child and members of her immediate family were recently accused of  involvement in a April 12, 2021 violent case of assault that involved at least 10 individuals and was so violent that a pregnant woman was choked and thrown to the floor. This case was occurring during the duration of the case of child abuse allegations. Still, nothing was done and the child was with her mother.  Ultimately with audio proof and photos that were taken by the Williston Police Department, and photos that were also given of her injuries, even the mother admitting that she “spanked her”; North Star Zone CPS - Williams County, decided to close their case with no detailed reasoning. Their decision to close the child’s case was directly before her 1 year old brother’s court hearing to determine custody.  

On Nov. 5, 2021, the Williams County judge presiding over the custody case chose to return Baby Lon’Dan to his biological mother and remove him from his father who has no charges pending and no history of domestic violence. Lon’Dan’s father was not allowed to take the stand.  Only the mother was allowed. Baby Lon’Dan has been in the care of his paternal family since he was 10 days old. He has spent 99% of his life with his grandparents, dad and uncle. Mr. Lon’Dan Davy is pleading with everyone to petition CPS to reopen the case of child abuse against his child’s mother for the safety of the children.  On today, Mr. Davy and his family returned Baby Lon’Dan to his biological mother by court order.
